Elise Greenberg Speaks at LACBA’s Probate Minor’s Counsel Training Program
On December 2, 2023, Elise Greenberg was part of a distinguished panel discussing current topics and issues that are essential for Minor’s Counsel in Probate Guardianship cases. Her panel entitled “Intersection of Probate Guardianship and Family Law,” discussed custody challenges and jurisdictional issues between family law and probate guardianship cases in Los Angeles.
The panel was a part of the LACBA Trust & Estates Section’s “Probate Minor’s Counsel Training” for which attendees could earn 3.5 hours of CLE credit in Trusts and Estates Specialization.
