Elise Greenberg Shares Valuable Insights at LACBA’s 16th Annual Minor’s Counsel Training
Elise Greenberg led an insightful training panel titled, “How to Interview Kids – Advanced Edition,” which provided best practices for counsel to conduct better interviews with children, particular those who may be hesitant to provide information. The panel was a part of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA)’s “2023 Minor’s Counsel Program for NEW Minor’s Counsel Practitioners,” and featured Hon. Jessica Kronstadt of the Los Angeles Superior Court and Dr. Lauren Maltby, a clinical psychologist and forensic psychologist.
LACBA’s Minor’s Counsel Program is a comprehensive self-paced program and offers participants 12.5 hours of CLE credit in both Family Law and Probate Specialization.
