Mr. Fishbein has served as a Judge Pro Tem and mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court. He has also served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar and as a speaker on numerous panels. Mr. Fishbein’s practice involves all areas of family law, including paternity actions, high conflict child custody cases, and representation of high net worth clients including celebrities, in complex financial matters regarding support, custody and marital assets.
