Elise Greenberg Named to Daily Journal’s Top Family Lawyers of 2025
Brot·Gross·Fishbein is proud to announce that partner Elise Greenberg has been recognized by the Daily Journal as one of the Top Family Lawyers of 2025, highlighting her exceptional contributions to family law in California.
The prestigious annual list celebrates attorneys who have demonstrated outstanding legal skill, leadership, and commitment to their clients in the practice of family law.
Ms. Greenberg began her legal career in Chicago before relocating to Los Angeles, where she has built a practice that encompasses high-conflict custody matters, multi-jurisdictional financial disputes, and the representation of children in family law cases. Her path has taken her from representing children in foster care to advocacy for parties in complex family law cases, driven by her desire to assist clients during the most difficult times of their lives.
The Daily Journal recognized Ms. Greenberg’s significant recent achievements, including a successfully tried custody case that resulted in favorable orders for both her client and the children involved, and a negotiated settlement in a complex post-judgment financial dispute through private mediation.
In addition, Ms. Greenberg continues to accept court appointments as minor’s counsel and to represent clients undergoing investigations by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. She relies upon her psychology background and mediation training to successfully navigate high-conflict cases with challenging opposing parties and counsel.
As a member of the LACBA Family Law Executive Committee and Chair of the LACBA Minor’s Counsel Committee, Ms. Greenberg remains active in professional development and giving back to the family law community.
We are so pleased that the Daily Journal has recognized Ms. Greenberg for her excellent work.
