Senior Partner & LACBA President, Ronald F. Brot, Named Person of the Year
Ronald F. Brot was recently named 2019 Person of the Year by Metropolitan News. Alongside winners Kevin Brazile and Selma Moidel Smith, Brot will be presented with the award at the 32nd annual Met News Person of the Year event on January 31st. Jo-Ann W. Grace, President/General Counsel of Met News, had this to say about Brot: “With tact, inventiveness, and spirit, Brot is continuing and building upon the wise reform efforts of his immediate predecessors as president, Mike Meyer and Brian Kabateck, in the quest to return LACBA to fiscal soundness, responsiveness to members’ needs, and relevancy—and, as they did, he has made huge strides.”
