Partner Elise Greenberg Presents at LACBA 12th Annual Minor’s Counsel Training
On November 15, Partner Elise Greenberg presents at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s 12thAnnual Minor Counsel Training on the panel. Elise will be co-presenting Friday with attorney Steve Kolodny on Evidence. On Saturday her panel is entitled, “Professional Responsibilities: Knowing the Difference Between What You Have a Right to Do and What is Right to Do.” Panel members explain the professional responsibilities of representing minor children, including addressing allegations of child abuse and neglect, family violence and substance abuse, cultural and ethnic diversity, and gender-specific issues. This marks Elise’s eleventh time presenting at the Minor’s Counsel Training
