Arthur is highly experienced in all aspects of family law litigation and negotiation including dissolution, legal separation, nullity, parentage actions, high-conflict custody disputes, Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, child and spousal support, the division of complex and high-net worth community estates, modification of orders and judgments, attorneys fees and sanctions, and move-away custody cases. Arthur is also well-seasoned in all areas of discovery related to family law issues.
When representing a client, Arthur focuses on three main objectives: (1) the client’s goals for the case, (2) a passionate and common-sense approach to issues, and (3) ensuring that the client fully understands the issues before making case decisions.

Arthur joined Brot Gross Fishbein LLP in July 2017 as an associate attorney. In September 2024, Arthur was promoted to Senior Attorney based upon his skill, experience, and knowledge. Arthur has exclusively practiced family law since December 2015 when he was admitted to the California State Bar.
Arthur obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History (with minors in Italian and Political Science) from UCLA in 2012, and he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2015. Arthur also obtained his Tax LL.M. from Loyola Law School in 2017.
Arthur is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the LGBT Bar Association of Los Angeles. Arthur is admitted to practice in all state courts throughout California.
