He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2012 and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2015. Mr. Niavez also obtained his Tax LL.M. from Loyola Law School in May 2017.
Mr. Niavez is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the LGBT Bar Association of Los Angeles. Mr. Niavez is admitted to practice in all state courts throughout California.
