Ksenya G. Kogan

Ms. Kogan joined Brot•Gross•Fishbein•LLP as an associate attorney in 2019. She graduated from Southwestern Law School where she was Vice President and President of the Jewish Law Student Association. She also served as Vice President of the Public Interest Law Committee. She has experience in child custody matters, litigation, settlements and premarital agreements.

Ms. Kogan has broad experience in sensitive and complicated family law matters, including child custody, litigation, settlements and premarital agreements. She has represented clients across various professional backgrounds, including musicians, real estate investors and developers, and medical professionals, among others. Ms. Kogan is also a certified Minor’s Counsel, qualified to represent children in high-conflict dissolution proceedings.

Ms. Kogan currently volunteers as a Daily Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Family Law Section. Daily Settlement Officers are experienced family law attorneys who volunteer their time to assist the Los Angeles Superior Court with resolving family law cases via mediation.

Prior to her admission to the Bar, Ms. Kogan served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Mark H. Borenstein and Bruce G. Iwasaki of the Los Angeles Superior Court, as well as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Amy M. Pellman at the Edmund D. Edelman Children’s Court branch of the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Outside her work as a family law attorney, she volunteers her time at a local food bank, and is a board member of the Young Leadership Division of Friends of the IDF.
